Overview[]
Give to the Head Priest of Mibu Village to receive Dragonspring Sake: upon reloading the area, the Priest will have turned into a Palace Noble that drops Treasure Carp Scale [x5] upon death.
The room this item is found in can only be access by swimming down the pool in front of the Okami Spear-Bearer and Palace Noble shortly before the Flower Viewing Stage Sculptor's Idol.
