Candy made in Senpou Temple, imbued with Ungo's blessing. Reduces damage to one's Vitality for a time. The blessing is received by biting the candy and taking the Ungo stance. Spiritfall is from the excess karma of man, which means one must bite the sweets hard and endure. The Senpou monks spread these sweets across Ashina as a tribute to its military heroes.

Reduces Vitality damage taken from enemy attacks. Up to three can be carried. Only one Sugar's effect can be active at a time. Can be sold for Sen 20.

Reduces damage received by 33% and lasts 30 seconds (or 45 with the Devotion Skill).

A limitless version is rewarded for defeating Headless at the bottom of the Ashina Castle pond.

Ashina Outskirts
  • From the Outskirts Wall - Stairway Sculptor's Idol, turn into the stairway's opposite direction and drop onto the ledge behind the Rooster. Grapple onto the small platform below to reach the two Balloons.
Ashina Castle
  • To the left from before the stairway leading to the castle, open two sets of gates. The item is by a tree in the grass.
  • Towards the Great Serpent Shrine from the Old Grave Sculptor's Idol.
Abandoned Dungeon
Senpou Temple
  • On the path to the left where the Monks patrol after the first gatehouse.


Fountainhead Palace
  • Two behind the Flower Viewing Stage under a waterfall.

  • On a ledge near the first Sculptor's Idol coming from the Dilapidated Temple.
  • Behind a locked gate, coming from the first Sculptor's Idol.
  • Behind the ruined house in the courtyard after the Castle Gate Fortress Sculptor's Idol.
Ashina Castle
  • Found on the balcony next to Blackhat Badger near the Old Grave Sculptor's Idol.
  • In a bird's nest on one of the taller rooftops before the Upper Tower Sculptor's Idol.
Senpou Temple
  • At the building on the right in the area with the red-leafed trees and patrolling Torch-Wielding Bandit.
  • Found after Temple Grounds leading up towards the Main Hall.
  • Under the stairs leading towards the Main Hall.
  • Found in front of an Immortal Monk in the Main Hall.
Sunken Valley
  • On a cliff that can be grappled onto outside the Gun Fort.
  • Opposite of the cliff with the group of Monkeys on a cliff in Riven Cave.
Fountainhead Palace
  • In an open, watery courtyard surrounded by Palace Dogs.
  • Up the stairs at the Feeding Grounds, from the Sculptor's Idol.
Hirata Estate
  • Three on the left side of Estate Path in the bamboo area.
  • In the upper Estate Path in the house surrounded by Roosters.
