Taro Persimmon

In-Game Description

A conspicuously red persimmon at the peak of its ripeness, commonly called a "Taro persimmon." Greatly increases Posture recovery for a time, even when attacking or taking damage. The Ashina Taro Troop are practically raised on these fruits, which is why they all know the best time to pick them.

Availability

Given by Kotaro in the Halls of Illusion.

Overview

Increases Posture recovery by 20%, even while attacking or being attacked, for 30 seconds.

Can be given to the Divine Child of Rejuvenation, after progressing her questline.

Up to three can be carried.

Can be sold for 10 10.

The following steps are required to obtain this item:

• Retrieve the White Pinwheel near the Bell's Demon Temple in Senpou Temple.
• Acquire the Large Fan after defeating Centipede Giraffe and bring it to the Sculptor to convert it into the Divine Abduction.
• Exhaust Kotaro's dialogues in Senpou Temple until he asks to be "spirited way". Accept his request and use the Divine Abdution on him.
• Speak to Kotaro in the Hall of Illusions.

Notes

• It is NOT mandatory to unlock the Return Ending.
• Can only be obtained once per playthrough.
• Despite it being an unique item, it won't appear in the Offering Box next to Hanbei, if Kotaro is sent to Anayama or Doujun.
