A worn and bloodstained letter from Dosaku, the surgeon in the Abandoned Dungeon: Required: 1 tough man Preferably a strong samurai, or a young, large soldier such as a member of the Taro Troop. Must be delivered unharmed. Dosaku

Availability

• Given by Doujun after Wolf tells him he's a shinobi.

Overview

The only two characters who can be sent to Doujun are Jinzaemon Kumano or Kotaro: if the former is chosen the Jinza's Jizo Statue will become unobtainable, while if the latter is picked either the Promissory Note or the Taro Persimmon will be lost, but at the end of either's questline Wolf will receive an unique Red Lump.

After the task is fulfilled, Doujun will give Sekiro Lump of Fat Wax [x3].

Notes

• It's necessary to give Kotaro the Red and White Pinwheel before it becomes possible to send him to Doujun.
• Jinzaemon can't be sent to Doujun if O'Rin of the Water is killed, because he'll either be found hostile or dead.

Trivia

• Based on who the player chooses to send to Doujun, the Dungeon Memorial Mob will have an unique dialogue when spoken to.
