Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Wiki

In-Game Description[]

Reflect upon a previously defeated extraordinary foe to fight them once more within Wolf's memories.

During reflection, Wolf's attack power is not tied to his strength in the real world, and any Quick Items and Spirit Emblems used in these battles are reverted to their original states upon returning to reality.

Overview[]

Reflection of Strength

Upon defeating a boss for the first time during a playthrough and obtaining their Memory, Reflection of Strength will become available at any Sculptor's Idol.

From then on, any newly acquired Memory will add its corresponding boss to the Reflection of Strength. In the case of Inner Genichiro, Inner Father and Inner Isshin, these bosses wil be added as soon as they're unlocked in their own Gauntlet of Strength without the need to collect their Memory first.

During these fights, Wolf's Attack Power is set automatically and any item used is reset at the end of the battle.

Defeating bosses here won't award Sekiro with any Experience or Sen or Memory.

Once the boss is defeated, a Sculptor's Idol will appear with the following options:

  • Rest
  • Purchase Spirit Emblems
  • Battle next extraordinary foe
  • Quit battle

Choosing to "Quit battle" or "Quit game" will kick Wolf out of the Reflection and back to the last Sculptor's Idol he interacted with.

Bosses[]

Notes[]

  • Introduced with Patch 1.05.
  • If Wolf hasn't died yet in the current playthrough, Resurrection won't be available in any Reflection of Strength either.
