Precious Bait

This is precious bait. The texture is slimy, and something resembling horns seem to jut out of it. Just the kind of bait the "master" loves. "Ring the bell, drop the bait."

Can be used to feed two of them to the Great Carp at the Fountainhead Palace near the Feeding Grounds Idol after ringing the bell in return for Treasure Carp Scales. Talk to the obsessed Attendant of the Great Carp at the bell to receive the Scales.

Requires Mibu Breathing Technique to obtain, apart from the obtaining it as a random reward from Palace Dogs.
