Description[]
Pot Noble Koremori (壺の貴人・維盛) is a merchant who trades items for Treasure Carp Scales.
Obsessed with becoming a carp, he'll try to kill the Great Coloured Carp by bestowing his Truly Precious Bait upon Wolf to have him offer it to the fish.
If Sekiro feeds Koremori's Bait to the Carp, the Pot Noble will turn into a Carp, while his rival Harunaga will disappear.
Location[]
- Near Pot Noble: near the Sculptor's Idol, only reachable from a cave reached by a branch next to a waterfall, between the large gathering of Okami Warriors near the Great Sakura idol and the palace where the Palace Nobles are cannibalizing the Okami.
Progression[]

Calling out to Wolf | Koremori: Hello... Hello... You there. Hello... |
First encounter | Koremori: Do you know about carp scales? The priceless scales of the Divine Treasure Carp. Bring them to me, and I'll reward you handsomely. |
Leaving (generic) | Koremori: Bring me some scales next time... |
Greeting (generic) | Koremori: Did you bring me any scales? If you have any, I'll reward you handsomely. |
"Talk" | Koremori: You there. If you ever happen across another pot like mine... Ignore any requests he makes of you. He's the shame of our clan. He's a treasonous villain who attempted to kill the Great Carp for his own benefit. |
"Talk" after spending ![]() |
Koremori: Most of my scales have returned. And I owe it all to you... Finally the time has come for him to pay the price for his crime. But scales are priceless... It's almost as if I'm priceless, too... Heheh. |

Koremori:Koremori: You there. You've done a remarkable job thus far. I feel that I can rely on you. Will you listen to my tale? Or rather, my secret? |
Answering "Not interested" | Wolf: ... Koremori: Oh, do you doubt me? Surely it's just a misunderstanding. And misunderstandings can always be cleared up. Come on. You understand me, right? Right? |
Answering "Listen to his secret" | Wolf: Sure. Koremori: Oh, wonderful. Truly remarkable. Now, the secret I mentioned... I'd like you to present this bait to the Great Carp. Don't let anyone see, if you can help it. Be as stealthy as possible. (Gives Truly Precious Bait) Do that, and I'll bestow upon you the palace's secret treasure. |
Leaving after receiving the Truly Precious Bait | Koremori: Hello again. Take care with that bait. Quietly... Very, very quietly... Hehe... hehehehehe... |
Attacking pot | Koremori:
|
After purchase | Koremori: A well-bred man, you are. Please bring more scales soon. |
If Wolf has both Truly Precious Baits | Koremori: Even if things take a turn for the worse... be sure not to confuse my bait for his. He's nothing more than a vile traitor. Hehe.... Hehehehe. |
Talking | Koremori: Precious... Much more precious... Give me more scales... |
Leaving | Koremori: Ohh, Splendid, splendid... |
