Description[]
Inosuke Nogami (野上伊之助) is a vassal of the Hirata family. He tried to protect the young lord Kuro, when bandits sieged the Estate, but was defeated by Lady Butterfly's illusions. He gives Wolf a Snap Seed, warning him of the danger he's about to face.
He is encountered in Ashina Outskirts, gravely wounded. His senile mother is in a nearby house awaiting his return with a bell in her hand. After Sekiro defeats Lady Butterfly, the Timid Maid will be found dead and Inosuke will too utter his last words before collapsing.

- Outskirts Wall - Gate Path: next to the house with the Timid Maid inside, before the path guarded by a Cannoneer.
- Hirata Audience Chamber: by the Archer Bandit, just before Lady Butterfly.

- Neither him nor his mother are found anywhere in the alternate version of the Hirata Estate memory.
- Can't contact Dragonrot in Hirata Estate.
Trivia[]
- Nogami Gensai is probably one of his relatives.
- Looking at his eyes just before the burning room in the Hirata Estate, they're bleeding and he mentions Lady Butterfly's magic, so it is possible that he has been blinded by her. Three Years Later he is found in Ashina Outskirts, with his eyes bandaged.
